Our guest speaker will be Anzhelika Teymurova (please see her CV [PDF]). She is a postdoctoral fellow at University of Saskatchewan, Department of Food and Bioproduct Sciences. Her research project is related to food science and food chemistry. Together with her supervisor, they are studying the structure, properties of mixed systems (vegetable proteins with seaweed polysaccharides), their potential application as food additives in the food industry.
