What is E4E?
- The E4E program assists newcomers to Saskatchewan to develop English language skills and knowledge of Canadian workplace culture needed to advance in the provincial labour market
- Participants improve their English language skills, allowing them to function safely in the SK Labour Market
- Participants connect to the broader community and social networks
- Participants find and retain employment compatible with their training, knowledge, skills and experience
- Participants are aware of information, resources, tools, and services to support their transition into the workplace, society and inclusive communities

Who is eligible?
- Newcomer to Saskatchewan (individual who was not born in Canada)
- 18 years of age or older
- Temporary residents of the province who are eligible to work in Canada, Permanent Residents, or recent Canadian citizens
- Unemployed or employed fewer than 32 hours a week on a regular basis, or employed full-time but unable to practice a regulated occupation for which they are foreign trained
- Learners who have a goal to find work or, if employed, increase their hours of work, or find work more suitable to their foreign training and experience
- Have been assessed according to the Canadian Language Benchmark National Placement Guidelines with a CLB of 4 or higher
