Bar Sales Wednesday, June 4 (Preview night) 5 – closing
Bar Ticket Sales Thursday, June 5 1st Shift 5 – 8:30 p.m.
Cashiers (experience preferred)   2nd Shift 8 – closing
Crowd Control Friday, June 6 1st Shift 5 – 8:30 p.m.
Door Pass Sales /Stamping passes   2nd Shift 8 – closing
Food Preparation/Food line/kitchen Sat., June 7 1st Shift 1:30 – 5:30 p.m.
Canteen   2nd shift 5 – 8:30 p.m.
Table Cleaning   3rd shift 8:30 - closing

NOTE: The Committee contact person will confirm the shift and area to which you have been assigned.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Signing in

  • All volunteers must report to the VOLUNTEER DESK to sign in and receive information.

Complimentary Meals

  • Volunteers who complete a FULL SHIFT will be entitled to a complimentary meal and drink ticket, issued at the volunteer desk.

Parking

  • Entrance parking passes are available from your work area coordinator or at the volunteer table the day before you are scheduled to work.
  • Pre-registered volunteers who don’t get a pass and pay the Exhibition Park’s “entrance fee” will be reimbursed at the Volunteer Desk. However, in the past, volunteers wearing Ukrainian attire have been waved through when they’ve indicated they were going to work at the Pavilion

Dress Code

  • Ladies (Ukrainian embroidered blouse and skirt or pants
  • Men (Ukrainian embroidered shirt & slacks)
  • Kitchen staff are exempt from the above, unless you’re in the food line.
  • If you do not have a Ukrainian embroidered blouse or shirt a plain white blouse or shirt is acceptable.

  • Please provide your contact person with you first & last name (with the proper spelling) plus your home and work phone number(s), and the date(s) and shift(s) you are able to work.
  • The Work Area contact person will confirm the work area and time of shift.
