August 30, 2007 -- HITACHI Canadian Industries Ltd. is seeking a bilingual English-Ukrainian person for the position of Assistant/Interpreter within the Human Resources Department. The person will assist the Director of HR with orientation and adaptation of newly arrived skilled workers from Ukraine. The primary job responsibility will be interpretation for the Ukrainian workers at the work site.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Ukrainian
• Good communication skills
• Driver’s licence
• Flexible working hours

Salary: $18 per hour (paid bi-weekly)

Hours of work:
MO-SA, Casual hours, 4 to 8 hrs per day, as needed

Starting date: September 10, 2007
