Saskatoon choir & orchestra to give free concerts at five Sask centres

100 Years of Harvest Tour
Celebrating Ukrainian-Saskatchewan Heritage and Music

October 19, 2005 -- The Lastiwka 100 Years of Harvest Tour is a Centennial Celebration commemorating the Ukrainian settlers whose strength and courage built the foundation of this province. In commemoration of the Harvest season, Lastiwka Ukrainian Orthodox Choir and Orchestra will return to the settlements where Ukrainian immigrants first settled in Saskatchewan and perform folk songs of celebration. The 100 Years of Harvest Tour will visit the following communities:
